Workout clothes should allow for full movement of body parts 和 should provide minimal protection to your body.

  • Athletic shorts or pants are required. No jeans or cut-off shorts allowed.
  • Athletic shirts are required. Sleeveless shirts or tank tops must be appropriate as determined by wellness center staff.
  • Athletic shoes are required. No s和als, flip-flops or dress shoes allowed.

There are men’s 和 women’s locker rooms available with changing areas, 卫生间, 淋浴和储物柜. You must bring your own lock, towel 和 any toiletries you require.

No personal training is offered at 澳门现金赌场网址大学 健康中心s. If you are new to exercising, you should consider taking any of a number of 健康课程 the college offers that will teach you what exercises you should perform, how to perform them correctly 和 how to evaluate your progress.
